When I suddenly happened
to have some free time, I desperately wanted my carpets
cleaned. I left a message at their posted number (703-914-2811) and my call was
returned promptly. Even though they are in high demand, they agreed to clean my
carpets that week. Their representative, Tom, arrived at our agreed upon time.
He is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. My carpets have never looked so
clean and beautiful!!! I opted for the Platinum method and I am so glad I did.
That is called Retrovac and the solution is heated to 260 degrees. It is a truck
mounted method and the carpets were dry in 3 hours!!
