If there is no tag we can test the fiber to specify content so we can determine how to properly clean it. A lot of people who call us say, oh, it’s okay to steam it because that’s what they did last time.
Well, we cannot be liable just because another company cleaned it improperly but got lucky and did not ruin your furniture or you thought they steam cleaned it but actually used the same machine to foam clean it.
